What if I don't raise much money?

Do I have to the push ups all at once or can I spread them out during the day?

There are people of all levels of fitness doing this challenge. The important thing is that you’re doing something that challenges you. This will vary from person to person, so tailor the challenge however you like. It should be tough, but doable. You should feel satisfied when you finish it! And we appreciate every single push up you do to help DEBRA Ireland.

What if I don't complete the challenge?

We fully understand you may not be able to complete your challenge for whatever reason. Please be assured every push up you do helps. You can just lodge whatever sponsorship you have raised with us at the end of the month or if you still want to complete the challenge, you can do this in the following weeks.
