Ladies of Cork! We need you!
We are looking for as many ladies as possible to take part in this year’s ECHO WOMEN’S MINI MARATHON on September 22nd for DEBRA Ireland.
DEBRA Ireland is the only Irish charity, established to provide support services to patients and families living with the debilitating skin condition epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
EB is a rare, genetic skin blistering condition where even the gentlest of touch can cause devastating wounds, and effects patients both internally and externally. Children with EB face an excruciating bandaging process every second day for most of their lives, which often has to be undertaken by their parents. And if this wasn’t difficult enough, they face a high risk of developing an aggressive form of skin cancer.
To take part is easy – just 3 simple steps:
1. Book your Mini Marathon place online here
2. Register with TEAM DEBRA and we will send out your DEBRA Ireland t-shirt.
3. Set up a Just Giving fundraising page here
