The Butterfly Skin Charity

Your environment for one week is…SNOW and ICE! Finland, the northern most tip of Europe with never ending horizons of forests and lakes and winters of eerie frozen landscapes.

The expedition will be based in a remote Aakenuspirtti off-grid cabin in Northern Finland.

Accommodation is provided in hostel style rooms. There’s no electricity but there is a fantastic traditional Finnish sauna and log fires to keep us warm. All catering is provided but as this is a challenge, participants will need to pitch in and help.

We’ll camp and spend the night in sub-zero temperatures in the Lapland wilds. We will have a big camp fire going, a hot cuppa and a wonderful display of the Northern Lights! What more could you want! Sign up today to be part of this once in a lifetime challenge.
